I decided to cure myself of my perhaps extreme self consciousness and spent the day at "clothing optional" Wreck Beach here in Vancouver. I learned that being naked in public is fine but had many internal questions about how to sit like a proper lady while starkers and chatting to a complete (and naked) stranger. To cross ones legs or not?! And hands! What does one do with ones hands?!
